On Saturday the Downtown Farmer’s Market will be serving buscuits and all of the trimmings to benefit the YES House Foundation. Stop in and enjoy locally made buscuits and toppings ranging from gravy to homemade jam. They open at 8 AM.

Also on Saturday from 1:30 – 4:00 there will be a fundraiser with “Ten Pins for Tumors” with proceeds benefitting a local resident recovering from a brain tumor. There will be bowling, food, and a silent auction at Camelanes Bowling Center.

The Campbell County Master Gardeners are again hosting their Gardening and Lanscaping Education Expo (GLEE). The event runs from 8AM to 4PM at the Cam-Plex Wyoming Center. There will be workshops and lectures all day long.

The Gillette Saturday Farmer’s Market will be at the GLEE Expo as well. Attend the expo and purchase local meat, produce and hand made goods. The market opens at 8AM.

Saturday evening the Gillette College Foundation presents Murder at the Kentucky Derby. Tickets include dinner catered by Prime Rib, silent and live auctions, a mystery wine room, and the entertainment is provided by The Murder Mystery Company. All proceeds benefit the Gillette College Foundation. The event begins at 6PM at the Gillette College Technical Center.
