Doing so will generate more offers and more activity on your house like showings and is a way you can tell if your house is priced accurately. If your home isn’t receiving any attention at all, talk to your agent and reevaluate your strategy and see if pricing is the issue.
When a house does sit on the market for an extended period of time, agents and buyers question the house by wondering if there is an issue with the house. You want to price your home so it sells quickly, which is our goal and your goal as well. To make sure the pricing is accurate, have a market analysis done. We are here to help you do this!
